The outcome depends on the code state: undelivered, invalid, revealed or wrong region.

Code not delivered

If payment is confirmed but the code is not issued, the order is reviewed for replacement or refund.

A code reported invalid is checked with the supplier. Keep the error message and do not attempt to resell the code.

Because the region is shown before payment, a buyer-selected country mistake may not be refundable after code reveal.
